Hello,

I've been on a journey of healing and transitioning out of survival mode. Anyone whose been on this road knows that at times it is not pretty, but the most important aspects of the journey are the lessons learned. Once I came out of survival mode I began to look at life differently. I began to realize my actual likes and dislikes. I began to set strict boundaries to help determine what I will not tolerate and to my surprise i developed a zero tolerance for certain people. The trauma bonds had to be broken. I cut off the energy suckers with no remorse (family members included). No became a major part of my vocabulary. I stopped explaining myself and let people run with whatever narrative they thought up. Honestly, I just stopped giving a f%ck about a lot of things. I gained a type of peace that no human is allowed to disturb. I have fallen so in love with myself, flaws & all and it is the most amazing feeling ever.

I created 23 & Lifestyle as a creative outlet, but I decided to launch it because I became aware of my gift. I know that I can reach people with my writing. Whether its a product review, a story time or sharing one of my favorite meals, I know my readers will enjoy my content (I love that for meeeee ✿).
